Crude Salt Purification

Crude salt purification system, transforms cheap and dirty salt in to clean and high quality salt to be used for the dyeing. Salt consumption of the dyehouse does not change beut the salt cost significantly reduces.

PROCESS STEPS

1.    DISSOLVING

• Dissolving the salt at a constant %C in the pool.

2.    PRECIPITATION

• Purifiying the dirt and hardness from the salt by precipitation. 

3.    NEUTRALIZATION

• Adjusting the pH of the salt solution for the dyeing.

4.    DE-GASSING

• Eliminating the bicarbonate from the salt and filling the salt rezerve tanks.
